Ladie of São Paulo Carnival
Winner announcement of co-sponsorship for documentary films production short film – City Chronicles , the municipality of São Paulo city.

The Short Film documentary shows the preparation of the famous feijoada group of Tias Baianas Paulistas (Baiana’s Ladies) , ladies group of the Old Guards of Samba Schools of São Paulo , held in the Plaza Apprentice, in Vila Madalena . The film shows the preparation of this lunch, which takes place every last Sunday of each month , when it is also armed a lively samba that rescues the tradition of Samba Paulista. It is in preparation of feijoada we discover who these Tias , which are an important part of the history of São Paulo carnival. The event will show is a celebration of black culture of this city , celebrated by people of different ethnicities and backgrounds, revealing the square as a rich socialization and entertainment space.

Screened in more than 10 festivals in Brazil and on TV Cultura.
